Coalition to Stop the Latson PUD will be having a public meeting this Thursday, April 11th from 6:30-8:30 on the second floor at Brewery Becker, located at 500 W Main St in downtown Brighton. There will be a cash bar & free pizza!
The developer wants to rezone the east side of Latson south of the freeway from CE (Country Estates) to CAPUD.
We believe the current PUD is expired and if the township allows the amendment to rezone, it could reactivate the PUD as if it had never expired.
